Rebecca Sant is the owner and director of Riverside Property Conveyancing, bringing over 17 years of dedicated experience in the field. Having completed both a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) and an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing, Rebecca's expertise is well-founded. Her journey began at the young age of 18 as a trainee conveyancer at a prominent firm where she quickly advanced, establishing a strong foundation in conveyancing. By the age of 21, she had opened her first practice, which she successfully ran for five years. Rebecca's career then expanded as she entered a fruitful nine-year partnership with another practice, further enhancing her skills and professional growth. At 35, Rebecca took a brief hiatus to focus on family but soon returned to the field with renewed vigour. She spent two years at a large Melbourne-based practice as an office manager and senior conveyancer, accruing even more valuable experience. This led to the establishment of Riverside Property Conveyancing, where Rebecca now continues to provide exceptional service, focusing on real estate and law from her office in Maribyrnong, Victoria.
