About Andrew
Andrew O'Halloran, the Director and Senior Partner of the firm, has been admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of New South Wales since 1991. With over 33 years of experience, Andrew has dedicated his career to personal injury law and litigation, becoming a Law Society Accredited Specialist in personal injury in 2002. He diligently updates his legal knowledge yearly to maintain this accreditation. Andrew has also worked in commercial and criminal law, successfully conducting numerous hearings. His advocacy skills are well-honed, thanks in part to his early experiences shadowing his father and grandfather in courtrooms throughout the region. Andrew is known for his meticulous research and preparation, ensuring his clients succeed in their compensation claims, often operating on a no-win/no-fee basis. He focuses on thoroughly preparing statements and evidentiary aspects of each claim, proving both statutory and common law claims to achieve excellent client outcomes. His practice extends to representing injured plaintiffs from various areas in NSW, such as Moree, Narrabri, Gunnedah, Armidale, and Quirindi. Beyond his legal career, Andrew is a life member of the Tamworth Pirates Rugby Club and has played for the NSW Over 50's State Cricket side, in addition to playing grade cricket locally. A passionate enthusiast of vintage Packard cars, Andrew often showcases these vehicles outside the firm's offices on Fitzroy Street.
