Shaun Rose serves as the Managing Partner of Rose Litigation Lawyers, bringing extensive experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency, and bankruptcy. With a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University, Shaun launched his legal career with a respected Gold Coast firm before gaining international experience in London, where he worked on high-profile disputes and transactions at BSkyB and various Central London firms. Returning to Australia in 2006, Shaun joined a specialist litigation practice, rapidly advancing to Partner. His expertise spans litigation, insolvency, and business disputes. In 2013, Shaun founded Rose Litigation Lawyers with a vision of delivering premium legal services at boutique rates, focusing on achieving outstanding client outcomes. Shaun's recent work includes representing ASX 100 construction companies, engaging with government bodies on complex litigation, and advising on significant shareholder disputes. His role in restructuring and resolving major corporate collapses underscores his dedication to navigating intricate legal challenges. Accredited as a Commercial Litigation Specialist by the Queensland Law Society, Shaun holds membership in key professional organisations and has been recognised as the Australian Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the legal category. In his leisure time, Shaun enjoys the scenic Gold Coast beaches and spending time with his family, especially his two daughters.
