Francesca Bucolo serves as a Partner and Solicitor, bringing extensive expertise in commercial litigation across multiple jurisdictions. Her practice is focused on achieving mediated outcomes in complex commercial matters, often involving the application of the Australian Consumer Law, the Corporations Act 2001, and other significant legislation. Francesca has a robust background, having acted as in-house counsel for a large multinational corporation, providing her with unique insights into both the legal and business sides of corporate operations. Her particular areas of interest include wills and estate litigation as well as debt recovery, where she demonstrates exceptional skill and dedication. Francesca is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, further honing her legal prowess with a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.
