Adam Khan

Adam Khan is a distinguished partner at Russells, bringing over a decade of adept experience in complex commercial litigation across Australian jurisdictions and in England. His practice encompasses diverse areas such as insolvency, contractual disputes, director and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, and various facets of corporations law. Adam is proficient in advising a broad spectrum of clients, including company directors, creditors, insolvency practitioners, and companies of varying scales. His academic credentials include a Master of Laws from University College London and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester. Professionally, Adam was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2007, and later joined the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2014. He is also an active member of the Queensland Law Society. Adam's career is marked by progressive roles, beginning as a Solicitor with MTC Law in London, transitioning to a Solicitor Advocate with Moon Beever Solicitors, and advancing through various positions at Cranston McEachern Lawyers and ClarkeKann Lawyers in Brisbane.
