Throughout her career, Frances has handled a wide array of commercial and finance matters, further strengthening her comprehensive legal capabilities. Her six-year tenure as in-house counsel for a leading Australian bank has equipped her with valuable insights into the financial sector. Frances provides robust immigration legal assistance, managing a variety of visa applications, including business and partner visas, reflecting her commitment to addressing complex immigration needs. Her qualifications are underscored by her admission as both a solicitor and barrister in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, as well as her registration as a solicitor in the High Court of Australia, enabling her to practise in Federal Courts. Additionally, her expertise extends internationally as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
