Katherine Sainty, Director of Sainty Law, is a seasoned commercial and regulatory lawyer with a compelling portfolio spanning media, intellectual property, IT, privacy, and data protection law. Her journey began with a robust academic foundation, holding a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW. Katherine's formidable career was initially forged at esteemed establishments like Allens, where she served as Partner in Communications, Media, and Technology for 16 years, and later at DLA Phillips Fox, focusing on Technology, Media, and Commercial law.
In 2007, Katherine embarked on a new chapter by founding Sainty Law, a dynamic firm renowned for its strategic and innovative legal solutions.
