Emma Johnston is a dedicated Licensed Conveyancer, Justice of the Peace, and PEXA certified professional. Her journey in the legal realm began in 2014 after completing school, gradually transitioning from a receptionist to a conveyancing assistant. Since joining our team in 2019, Emma has pursued her studies at Macquarie University, gaining her licence to independently manage conveyancing matters. Her affinity for conveyancing stems from a genuine passion for assisting people with their most significant investments—their homes. Drawing from her own experiences as a first-time homebuyer, Emma is acutely aware of the anxieties involved and is committed to alleviating them for her clients. Emma’s organisational skills are unparalleled, ensuring that no deadlines are ever missed under her watch. She values clear, consistent communication and diligently keeps clients informed, attending to all inquiries promptly. In addition to her professional prowess, Emma's personal connections to the local community are strong, having been born and raised in Bega. She manages our Bega office, yet remains accessible to clients by travelling to the Merimbula office when needed. Outside the office, Emma enjoys socialising with her partner, friends, and family, often spending weekends engaged in activities on the family farm or catching up with friends. Her deep local ties make her an approachable and trusted figure in the community.
