He is experienced in managing cases through to trial, as well as exploring alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve disputes efficiently. His practice includes advising individuals, companies, and insolvency practitioners on a broad range of issues related to insolvency law, mortgages, and the Personal Properties Security Act 2009.
