Shana is the Managing Principal of Sasphire Legal, a consultancy-focused employment law firm, and also serves as a Consulting Principal for Keypoint Law, an innovative and award-winning firm. With over two decades of experience in employment and industrial law, Shana has established herself as a prominent figure in the field, having participated in several of Australia's landmark legal cases. Beginning her legal journey as a barrister in South Africa, Shana furthered her education with a Masters in Law from Cambridge University. Her career path includes serving as the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Harmers Workplace Lawyers, where she honed her leadership and legal skills. She provides expert legal and strategic advice to a diverse range of employers, from small businesses to large corporations, as well as to private clients. Her proficiency encompasses strategic negotiations, interpreting industrial instruments, drafting and understanding employment contracts, and the intricacies of advocacy and litigation. Shana's track record includes high-profile litigation such as handling cases involving post-employment restraints, work health and safety prosecutions, and significant discrimination proceedings.
