With over a decade of experience in family law, Dominique has developed a comprehensive practice that covers all facets of this challenging area. Her expertise extends to handling complex property matters, navigating high-conflict parenting disputes, addressing cases with international dimensions—such as cross-border property issues and international child abduction—and managing child support concerns. Dominique is renowned among her clients for her direct yet empathetic approach. She prioritises swift and early resolutions to help clients navigate the separation process with dignity and productivity while aiming to minimise the emotional and financial burdens that often accompany such situations. When a settlement proves unattainable, Dominique is steadfast in pursuing her clients' objectives, maintaining an awareness of the stress litigation can impose on them, their families, and businesses. Admitted to practice in 2013, Dominique is a distinguished alumna of Monash University, holding a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioural Studies. She is an active member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia as well as the Law Institute of Victoria.
