Jasmine has dedicated her legal career exclusively to Family Law since 2021, bringing a depth of knowledge and commitment to her practice. Officially admitted as a lawyer in October 2023, her academic pathway includes a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. During her studies, Jasmine gained invaluable experience by working at both international and national commercial Family Law firms. This exposure provided her with early insights into the complexities of the field.
Since joining Sayer Jones in 2022, Jasmine has adeptly handled a diverse range of Family Law matters. Her experience encompasses complex parenting issues, including cases involving family violence and intervention orders, as well as intricate and high-net-worth financial settlements and litigation. Additionally, Jasmine has dealt with domestic and international surrogacy and adoption matters, showcasing her versatility in addressing unique family dynamics.
Jasmine is driven by a commitment to assist clients during challenging times, offering advice that is both empathetic and commercially sensible. She prioritises a holistic perspective, recognising the wide-ranging impact of Family Law litigation outcomes on her clients' lives.
Practising in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, Jasmine is actively engaged with the legal community.
