Joerg Schmidt-Liermann is the Managing Principal of our firm, directly engaging with clients to provide solutions-oriented legal services. With a steadfast commitment to his clients, Joerg combines his keen eye for detail, extensive skills, and pragmatic approach to deliver commercially focused and favourable outcomes. His legal acumen is complemented by his dedication to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client. With extensive experience in both public and private sectors, Joerg has advised councils, state government agencies, and businesses across various industries, including manufacturing, primary production, waste management, and medical services. He is also well-versed in the property development sphere and adept at representing private clients. Joerg's previous roles include being an Assistant General Manager at Inverell Shire Council and a Finance Manager at Moree Plains Shire Council. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Financial Administration and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England, along with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The Australian National University.
