Craig Scott

Craig holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia. Over the course of his career, he has gained diverse experience working with several city law firms, focusing on Family Law, Commercial Law, and Estate Planning. In 2023, Craig combined his boutique practice, CMS Legal, with Judy Tam, formerly of Hearty and Tam, to establish Scott and Tam Legal. This collaboration allows them to provide comprehensive legal services tailored to client needs. Craig is a Nationally Accredited Independent Children’s Lawyer, representing the interests of children in both the Family Court and the Children’s Court. He is committed to ensuring the voices of young clients are heard in complex family proceedings. He is an active member of The Law Society of Western Australia, The Law Council of Australia, and the Family Law Practitioners’ Association. Craig’s extensive experience covers all aspects of Family Law, including property settlement, financial agreements, spousal maintenance, de facto relationships, and child support matters.
