Leanne Scott

Leanne Scott is the Senior Solicitor and Founder of Scott Legal. With an LL.B and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Leanne is admitted to practice in all courts in Victoria and the federal court jurisdiction. She further honed her expertise with a Masters in Commercial Law and holds membership with the Law Institute of Victoria. Her legal journey began as a Legal Executive where she amassed over 20 years of experience at substantial legal firms. Leanne excels in handling both significant and minor legal matters, always prioritising the provision of top-tier client service. She ensures that her clients are well-informed, with legal processes clearly explained in accessible language. Leanne founded Scott Legal in 2015, where she serves as Principal Lawyer, bringing over a decade of leadership and extensive experience in commercial law and litigation. Prior to this, she was a Senior Associate at CBW Partners from 2009 to 2015, focusing on commercial law and litigation. Her experience also includes roles as a Legal Executive at Bartram Lawyers and Madgwicks Lawyers, where she was involved in commercial litigation and estate planning. Leanne’s early career began as a Law Clerk at Rogers and Gaylard. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and an Advanced Diploma of Business in Legal Practice from RMIT University.
