Olivia Pepper

Olivia Pepper is the Founding Partner of Seitz & Pepper Lawyers, bringing a wealth of knowledge and diverse legal experience to her clients. Holding a Bachelor of Social Science in Criminology from Swinburne Institute of Technology, where she was the Top Graduate, Olivia furthered her education with a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern Queensland, graduating with Distinction. She also holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law Victoria. Before co-founding Seitz & Pepper Lawyers, Olivia honed her skills at generalist law firms, gaining extensive experience in civil litigation, family law, criminal law, and other varied legal fields. Her client-focused approach emphasises empathy and clear communication, aimed at resolving issues promptly and efficiently, minimising stress and cost. Her passion for advocacy is demonstrated through her volunteer work with the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre in human rights law, and she is actively involved in animal welfare with Geelong Animal Rescue. In her personal time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, live music, theatre, and hiking. Her legal practice areas include family and divorce law, intervention orders, wills and estates, criminal and traffic law, and conveyancing and property settlements.
