Selva Daniel is the Principal Solicitor at Selva Daniel Lawyers and an accredited Mediator, leading her team with a commitment to growth, mentorship, and delivering quality-driven client support. With 18 years of legal expertise, Selva began her career as a Paralegal, gaining experience across various legal domains. After qualifying in Australia, she worked in top-tier national firms and private corporate settings. During her studies, she taught international students in the Diploma of Business Leadership and launched a podcast featuring interviews with seasoned barristers. Selva focuses on Employer Compensation, Immigration, Traffic, Criminal, and Insurance Law. She has collaborated with international students, smash repair enterprises, developers, contractors, and service providers, striving to provide practical, tailored legal solutions. Passionate about community service, Selva has been deeply engaged with local organisations for years, organising legal education workshops and community seminars. She has also been involved in initiatives to recognise exemplary HSC students within the Assyrian community. In her leisure time, she enjoys global travel, exploring diverse cultures, and is a member of the International Mediation Association.
