

Michael Shephard, son of Henry Wilson Shephard, embarked on his legal career with the firm in 1972. Following in his father's footsteps, he attended the King's School Parramatta, completing his Leaving Certificate in 1965 and earning a Commonwealth Scholarship. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Sydney University in 1971. Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1973, he quickly rose to become a partner in the firm by 1975. Michael has honed his expertise in the commercial, property, and financial sectors. His extensive experience also encompasses conveyancing, wills, probate, and business matters. His accreditation by the Law Society of New South Wales in 1996 as a specialist in Real Property underscores his dedication and proficiency in this domain. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Michael serves as an honorary Solicitor for numerous clubs and associations. In 1986, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Ability Options, a company dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and other disadvantaged groups in New South Wales. Residing in Castle Hill, Michael is married to Josette and is the proud father of three daughters. His well-rounded career and commitment to community service reflect his deep roots in the legal and local communities.
