Sher Afgan is the esteemed founder and Principal Solicitor of Sher Legal, a prominent firm specialising in personal injury law. Before establishing his own practice, Sher honed his skills at several leading law firms, excelling in areas such as workers’ compensation, work injury damages, public liability, motor vehicle accidents, superannuation, institutional abuse, and both medical and professional negligence. His keen expertise in personal injury litigation is particularly centred on statutory and common law entitlements for various workers, including police officers, firefighters, and paramedics. Sher's reputation as a skilled negotiator is well-earned, as he passionately advocates for those unable to speak for themselves, aiming for maximum compensation in the shortest time possible. Further enhancing his negotiation skills, Sher studied International Alternative Dispute Resolution at Michigan State University.
