John Orford

John Orford is a Consultant at Shore Lawyers Property Division, bringing over 40 years of extensive legal experience. Formerly the Principal of John Orford & Associates, his practice was partially integrated into Shore Lawyers in 2016. John retired from full-time practice after a long and productive career managing a busy general practice with a focus on conveyancing, property, and family law. John’s expertise encompasses a wide range of property matters including the sale and acquisition of both commercial and residential properties, leasing and agreements for lease, subdivisions, and planning issues. He has considerable experience representing clients in various courts, as well as before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales. In his role as Consultant, John provides valuable guidance on complex property transactions, drawing on his deep knowledge and practical insights to assist clients in navigating challenging legal matters within the property sector.
