Isabella Mansell

Isabella Mansell is a Director at Simpson Quinn Lawyers, having become a Principal in 2023 after joining the firm in 2013. Over her tenure, Isabella has developed extensive experience in property law as well as commercial and business law. She has advised on a wide range of matters, from boutique residential developments to acting for nationally operating businesses on commercial and corporate issues. Isabella is known for delivering pragmatic and commercially focused advice, aiming to provide her clients with practical solutions tailored to their needs. Her core areas of practice encompass property law and commercial and business law, with a strong interest in management rights and body corporate law and disputes. She also regularly advises on residential and commercial strata and land developments, commercial and retail leasing, insolvency, and securities law. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law Practice. She is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and is registered to practise before the High Court of Australia. Outside of her legal career, Isabella enjoys spending quality time with her young family. Isabella is a member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers, an associate member of the Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association, and a member of the Queensland Law Society.
