With over two decades dedicated to advocating for small to medium-sized businesses, government departments, and individuals, Simon has developed a comprehensive practice that spans insurance and commercial litigation, personal injury and accident claims, property law, and the intricacies of wills and estates.
His career journey began in the insurance sector, where he served as a Claims Manager for HIH Workers Compensation, building a strong foundation in understanding complex claims processes. Transitioning into legal practice, Simon honed his litigation skills at TurksLegal before taking on an in-house role at Suncorp Group within their General Insurance Law Department. Here, he advanced his legal acumen in navigating the multifaceted nature of general insurance law.
