His career journey began in the insurance sector, where he served as a Claims Manager for HIH Workers Compensation, building a strong foundation in understanding complex claims processes. Transitioning into legal practice, Simon honed his litigation skills at TurksLegal before taking on an in-house role at Suncorp Group within their General Insurance Law Department.
