His expertise is well-regarded in the legal community, particularly in handling complex property and commercial transactions, as well as disputes.
Throughout his career, Sam has honed his skills in estate and succession planning, along with the administration of deceased estates. His breadth of experience extends to advising businesses, individuals, and government departments, and he serves as an independent consultant to other professionals, including law firms and conveyancers, on intricate legal issues. Clients value Sam for his perceptive advice, straightforward, and practical approach.
Before his current role, Sam was a Partner at Jenkins Legal & Advisory, contributing significantly over his tenure there. He has held various positions from Senior Associate to Legal Director, building a robust legal foundation. His earlier experience includes roles at Waterford Ryan Solicitors and Trisley Lawyers, evolving from a Law Clerk to an Associate Solicitor. Sam’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Diploma of Legal Practice, along with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, all completed at the University of Newcastle. This educational background underpins his comprehensive understanding of both law and finance, enhancing his ability to provide well-rounded legal counsel.
