Tiffany Jansen

Tiffany Jansen serves as a Senior Solicitor with a robust focus on criminal law, driven by a dedication to making a positive impact on her clients' lives. After completing her Practical Legal Training at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law, she was admitted to legal practice in December 2015, following her academic achievements at Deakin University where she earned a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Honours) alongside a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with Distinction. In February 2016, Tiffany was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria. Her commitment to the profession is reflected in her involvement with the Drug Court and Assessment and Referral Court, where she is particularly drawn to their rehabilitative focus. Tiffany has cultivated extensive experience appearing in a wide spectrum of cases, from Bail Applications and Criminal offences to Driving and Drug/Trafficking charges, as well as Intervention Order proceedings and DHHS matters. Her regular appearances span across various metropolitan and regional Magistrates’ Courts, Children’s Court, and County Courts of Victoria.
