Wayne Burg

Wayne Burg is a highly experienced trial lawyer based in Western Australia, with a practice admitted in the Supreme Court of NSW, ACT, WA, and the High Court of Australia. His extensive expertise in criminal litigation and defence includes appearances in various courts, dealing with complex cases such as serious sexual violence, white-collar crime, and intricate drug-related charges. Wayne's adept handling of bail applications and sentencing showcases his comprehensive legal acumen across Magistrates, District, and Supreme Courts, as well as the State Administrative Tribunal and Children's Court. In addition to his legal practice, Wayne's background as a registered pharmacist enhances his contributions to the administrative law of vocational matters within the pharmaceutical industry.
