Mark is authorised to practice in all jurisdictions across Victoria, including the High Court of Australia, and adeptly represents clients in Federal and Family Courts nationwide. His career has been marked by significant roles in legal compliance, prosecutions, and investigations. Mark frequently appears in Victoria’s Magistrates’, County, and Supreme Courts, with a strong focus on prosecuting criminal cases, particularly those related to family violence and safeguarding women and children from sexual abuse.
