Before her tenure at Source, Catherine was a corporate counsel at WaterNSW, where she played a pivotal role in leading significant water infrastructure projects. Her career includes diverse roles at respected firms including Norman Disney Young, Woolworths, Rail Corporation, and Clayton Utz. Catherine's expertise covers a broad spectrum of commercial law, focusing on advising on complex projects, risk assessment, preparation and negotiation of contracts, and training businesses on relevant legal issues. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Psychology and Education, underscoring her well-rounded professional foundation. Outside of her legal practice, Catherine is committed to community service, volunteering with St Johns Ambulance Service and local animal rescue facilities.
