Leah Payne

Leah Payne is a licensed conveyancer with close to three decades of experience in the conveyancing field. Beginning her career at just 17 years old as a junior conveyancing assistant in the Campbelltown area, Leah gained valuable hands-on experience working alongside both a solicitor and a licensed conveyancer. This early exposure ignited her passion for property law and motivated her to undertake formal studies in Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University, where she graduated in 2000 as a Licensed Conveyancer. Over the years, Leah has managed her own conveyancing practices, first with Wollondilly Conveyancing Centre and later founding Southern Property Transfers in the Shoalhaven region. Her extensive experience has afforded her a comprehensive understanding of the entire conveyancing process, enabling her to handle transactions with professionalism and approachability. Leah finds great satisfaction in supporting her clients throughout their property ownership journeys and takes pride in helping them achieve their goals.
