Michael Neville

Michael Neville is a seasoned partner with a rich background in commercial, business, franchising, and real estate law. His pre-legal career provided him with hands-on experience as a franchisee and franchisor, where he also excelled as a licensed real estate agent and sales manager. Admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, as well as a solicitor and barrister in the High Court of New Zealand, Michael is an esteemed Member of the Queensland Law Society. In his current role since October 2020, Michael has been serving as the Legal Practice Director at Standard Law, where his expertise spans property, commercial law, and wills and estates. Prior to this, he was an Associate at Certus Legal Group from May 2017 to October 2020, delivering exceptional legal services with a keen focus on property, contract, and commercial law, along with wills and estates.
