Jack Li

Jack Li, founder of our firm, has been a pivotal figure in the legal industry for over a decade. With a unique blend of expertise in Australian Migration Law, accounting, and IT technology, Jack brings a comprehensive perspective to his practice. He is a registered migration agent, holding the Migration Agents Registration Number: 1800537, and is also a qualified Australian CPA and Certified Information Systems Auditor in a non-practising capacity. In March 2024, Jack completed the Legal Profession Admission Board course and was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July 2025. He then obtained a restricted legal practitioner certificate effective from November 2025. His active involvement in the Department’s inquiry into the industry demonstrates his commitment to advancing and shaping legal frameworks through insightful submissions.
