My name is Steve Davey. I am a registered trade mark attorney, patent attorney in Australia and New Zealand. I am also a lawyer. I have been practising since 2006. I am the principal of Stellar Law Pty Ltd, which has offices in Sydney and Surfers Paradise. I have clients from all over Australia and all around the world. I have filed over 2,500 trade mark applications, over 700 patent applications and over 300 design applications. In 2012 I patented a software program that automatically detects trade mark infringement. I offer this monitoring service for free for all my clients. The patent stopped a billion dollar company from stealing my software invention and got me a patent royalty deal. I used the profits to start my own law firm and a cloning company. I sold my shares in the cloning company to a billionaire in 2018.
