About Ross
Ross McTaggart has been practising as a solicitor since 1971 and became a partner at Stephens & Tozer in 1974. He leads the firm’s commercial and estate law practice, overseeing a dedicated team of legal and administrative professionals. Ross maintains close personal contact with his clients, ensuring tailored advice and support.
With extensive experience, Ross provides comprehensive advice on estate planning, estate administration, property subdivision, development, leasing, acquisition, and sale. His practical understanding of the complexities and risks that can affect investors, home buyers, developers, and families enables him to guide a diverse client base that includes companies, trustees, businesses, and individuals towards optimal outcomes.
Beyond his legal work, Ross has contributed to the community through his roles on the Council of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Inc (RSPCA) and the committee of the Brisbane Golf Club.
