For businesses, Gareth provides guidance on sponsorships and nominations, overseeing subclass 482 and 186 visas, SA Regional DAMA, and labour agreements, ensuring compliance throughout. Previously, Gareth worked as a consultant solicitor at CA Legal & Migration, focusing on Australian migration matters including skilled and employer-sponsored visas and employer sponsorships.
