Bruce Pasetti

Bruce Pasetti brings over 20 years of experience in commercial property, commercial litigation, business structuring, insolvency, debt collection, and finance. As one of the Legal Practice Directors, Bruce has developed a strong reputation in commercial law, with a particular focus on insolvency and restructuring. Bruce has extensive knowledge in debt collection, including the development of tailored precedents and protocols to support effective recovery strategies across all Australian jurisdictions. His experience covers all aspects of insolvency and bankruptcy, having advised liquidators, trustees, directors, bankrupt individuals, secured creditors, and other stakeholders. This includes guiding clients through processes from appointment to deregistration of liquidated companies. In addition to insolvency, Bruce’s expertise extends to commercial property finance and various forms of lending related to cash flow and chattels. He is a contributor to legal practice resources, writing and presenting on the Personal Property Securities Act, as well as assisting in the creation of finance precedents and checklists for clients of Stratos Legal.
