Adam Strauss is the principal and founder of Strauss & Partners Law, based in Sydney, Australia. With over 20 years of legal experience, Adam honed his expertise at Herbert Smith Freehills, a leading Australian law firm, where he was a partner in the Corporate M&A practice for over a decade. Throughout his distinguished career, Adam has worked with a wide array of clients, including ASX-listed companies, multinationals, private equity and investment funds, and startups across various industries. His client roster includes notable names such as BHP, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Wesfarmers, and many others. Adam's corporate and commercial law practice is comprehensive, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, foreign investment, and commercial contracting.
