Peter Elliott leads our Wills and Estates practice, bringing extensive experience in estate planning and litigation. He initially joined Stuart Latham Solicitors in 2015, starting as a paralegal before becoming a junior solicitor. After gaining further expertise in estate litigation at a respected Newcastle firm, Peter returned to our team in 2023. His deep understanding of complex estate matters, combined with a warm and composed manner, enables him to provide practical and thoughtful legal advice.
