

William Sun serves as the Founding Partner and Legal Practitioner Director at Sun & Co Lawyers, demonstrating a robust legal expertise in property, finance, family, criminal, and litigation matters. With a career spanning over a decade, Mr Sun has distinguished himself through adept representation of both individuals and corporations across diverse legal issues. A graduate of the TC Beirne School of Law, he obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 2012, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on finance and a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from Queensland University of Technology. Mr Sun's experience includes drafting submissions for legal reforms and presenting complex legal issues at the Queensland Law Society symposium. His practice areas encompass civil litigation and appeals, criminal law, family law, employment law, domestic violence and youth justice, and property law. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2012 and the High Court of Australia in 2013, he regularly represents clients across various state and federal jurisdictions. His research interests lie in comparative law, competition law, constitutional law, jurisprudence, commercial arbitration, and moral philosophy.
