Olivia Russell is a dedicated lawyer with a strong foundation in criminal law, having honed her skills in briefing legal counsel, drafting sentencing submissions, and preparing bail applications for cases involving assaults, sexual offences, and drug charges. Her expertise extends to insurance law, particularly in the areas of criminal injuries compensation and workers' compensation. Olivia's multifaceted experience includes preparing files for court, conducting client interviews both in office environments and within prisons, and carrying out extensive legal research to support sentencing hearings. Currently positioned at TASIC Legal, Olivia continues to expand her expertise in criminal defence and restraining orders. Her previous roles include working at Moray & Agnew, where she furthered her legal acumen over a span of nearly two years. Her commitment to the legal profession began with early experiences at Simon Walters Solicitor and as a volunteer at Daydawn Advocacy Centre in Perth, Western Australia.
