Lucy Clark is a Senior Associate at Tehan Legal, having joined the firm in 2022 following an illustrious career as a Senior Federal Prosecutor with the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions. During her tenure at the CDPP, Lucy developed significant expertise in handling complex cases involving large-scale drug importations and complex Commonwealth financial crimes, appearing in all tiers of the Western Australian courts. Her transition to Tehan Legal has allowed her to leverage her prosecutorial skills in the defence arena, where she represents clients facing a wide array of criminal allegations.
