Lucy Clark

Lucy Clark is a Senior Associate at Tehan Legal, having joined the firm in 2022 following an illustrious career as a Senior Federal Prosecutor with the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions. During her tenure at the CDPP, Lucy developed significant expertise in handling complex cases involving large-scale drug importations and complex Commonwealth financial crimes, appearing in all tiers of the Western Australian courts. Her transition to Tehan Legal has allowed her to leverage her prosecutorial skills in the defence arena, where she represents clients facing a wide array of criminal allegations. Lucy is renowned for her meticulous preparation and strategic approach to criminal defence. Her dedication and skill have not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by her repeated recognition by Doyle's Guide as a Rising Star in Criminal Law for Western Australia across 2023, 2024, and 2025. Additionally, since 2023 she has taken on a leadership role as the Convenor of the Piddington Society's Bali Conference, further underscoring her commitment to the legal community. Lucy is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Australia, where she earned both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations. She has also completed a Diploma of Legal Practice at The College of Law Australia.
