Danielle Spiteri

Danielle Spiteri graduated with Honours from Flinders University of South Australia in 2001 and was admitted to practice the same year. She began her legal career in Adelaide, gaining valuable experience as a commercial lawyer with the Crown Solicitor’s Office and later at Minter Ellison. In 2007, Danielle joined Teusner & Co, where her commitment and expertise led to her appointment as a Partner in July 2017. Danielle’s practice spans a broad range of areas including commercial law, commercial leasing and transactions, as well as matters relating to wills, advance directives, estate planning, probate and estate administration. She also handles legal issues concerning family and domestic partners, including de facto relationships. Her depth of experience enables her to provide clear and practical advice tailored to the needs of her clients.
