

Jacquelyn’s career to date has been diverse, having practised across both the public and private sectors both in Australia and the United Kingdom. She began her career working in governmental roles within the federal Attorney-General’s Department before gaining international experience with a specialised prosecution agency (UK). Since returning home, she has focused on building her practice in general litigation, representing individuals, government departments, local councils and private insurers across insurance, workers compensation, common law claims and public liability matters. She has built this foundation working as in in-house legal specialist for a state-wide insurer, as well as private sector boutique and mid-tier firms in Sydney and Newcastle. She has experience appearing in the District Court of NSW (including residual jurisdiction matters relating to NSW coal miners), the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court of Australia and the Personal Injury Commission. Throughout her career, Jacquelyn has earned high commendations for her legal acumen, strategic application and unwavering composure under pressure.
