Louise Henderson

The Honourable Louise Henderson boasts an illustrious career in family law, with over 36 years of extensive experience. Her professional journey commenced in 1988 with her appointment as a Deputy Registrar in the Family Court, a role she fulfilled with distinction until 1992. Following this, she joined and led a prominent family law team, exhibiting leadership and expertise. Returning to the Family Court, Louise progressed to the role of Senior Registrar, which she held for four years, underscoring her competence and dedication to the field. In 2003, Louise transitioned to the Bar, focusing on comprehensive aspects of family law. Her proficiency and commitment to justice led to her appointment as a Federal Magistrate, eventually serving as a Justice of the Family Court of Australia. Presently, Louise has brought her vast legal acumen to NLG Family Law, where she serves as a mediator.
