Before establishing his own practice, Anthony honed his skills at two esteemed law firms. He was an Associate in a multinational top-tier firm, following foundational years at a reputable banking and finance law firm in Sydney. Throughout his career, Anthony has developed a wealth of experience in the banking and finance sector, acting for major Australian banks, including the big four, and expertly managing the structuring and documentation of complex commercial, corporate, and project finance facilities. His proficiency extends to mortgagee and debt recovery matters, offering lenders guidance on enforcement options and strategic debt recovery plans. In addition to his prowess in finance law, Anthony leads TIA Lawyers' leasing team. His practice provides comprehensive leasing advice and prepares transactional documents for both landlords and tenants. This covers areas such as the Retail Shop Leases Act, rights of termination, and dispute resolution. Furthermore, he heads the migration law team, handling intricate migration applications for various visa subclasses.
