Thomas Kelly is a distinguished corporate lawyer with nearly a decade of top-tier experience, adept in navigating the complexities of private capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, he was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills, focusing primarily on venture capital transactions. His tenure there was preceded by a contract role as an M&A specialist in-house at EY's Office of the General Counsel.
