

Than Nguyen, the Principal Solicitor of TNAP Legal, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his legal practice. Graduating from the University of NSW with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws in 1994, and subsequently earning a Master of Laws with a focus on Corporate, Commercial and Taxation in 1997, Than's academic foundation is robust and comprehensive. Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 1994, his qualifications are further distinguished by his status as a NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Property Law. Beyond his legal practice, Than is deeply involved in community service, having served as President of the Vietnamese Community in Australia – NSW Chapter from 1999 to 2001. His community contributions were recognised with the NSW Premier Community Service Award in 2011. A prominent voice in legal education and commentary, he regularly contributes to the SBS Vietnamese program Law and You, and offers insights on Vietface TV regarding Australian political current affairs and international relations.
