He has held senior roles, including Senior Solicitor at the Sydney City Council and Senior Investigator with the Building Professionals Board of New South Wales. Throughout his career, Clifford has provided expert legal advice on major infrastructure projects, draft legislation, planning disputes, and a broad range of administrative law matters. He has also contributed his expertise to prominent commercial and property law firms in Sydney.
