About Khanh
Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2009, Khanh Ton is a highly regarded, experienced, and well respected solicitor with a singular focus on personal injury and compensation law. Prior to establishing his own practice in 2013, Khanh worked as a Claims and Injuries Assessor with Employers Mutual Limited (EML). Acting as a WorkCover agent, he managed complex and heavily litigated workers compensation matters, gaining first hand insight into how insurers assess liability, evaluate claims, and manage litigation risk. In 2010, Khanh transitioned into private practice and became a Practice Manager at Brydens Lawyers, one of the largest compensation law firms in NSW. His rapid progression reflected his legal acumen and strong leadership capability. In addition to running his own files, Khanh managed and mentored a team of junior personal injury solicitors and paralegals, overseeing high volume and high value litigation. Khanh is known for being dedicated, meticulous, and deeply empathetic. He has successfully acted for thousands of clients across Australia and approaches every matter with a simple guiding principle: treat every client exactly as you would wish to be treated yourself. This philosophy has led to long standing client relationships that often endure well beyond the conclusion of a case. Khanh is an active member of the Law Society of NSW and is an Approved Lawyer with the Independent Review Office (IRO). Outside of practice, he enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his family and friends.
