Daniel Hemmings

Dan was admitted as a solicitor in 2007 and has exclusively practiced in plaintiff personal injury law, namely motor vehicle accident, workplace accident and public liability claims. Dan takes pride in fighting for justice for the underdog. In 2023 Dan was identified by Doyles Guide as a recommended solicitor in the area of Queensland motor vehicle accident compensation law. Dan initially commenced his legal career at TPIL Lawyers in 2008. After an 8-year stint at another plaintiff personal injury firm, Dan has recently returned to TPIL Lawyers with more enthusiasm and tenacity than ever to deliver for our clients.
