

Sheryll Gabutero serves as the Principal Director at Trinity York, bringing over 12 years of diverse legal experience in both private and public practice. Having commenced her legal journey with a degree in Laws and International Relations from QUT, she further enhanced her expertise by completing a Masters in Laws, concentrating on commercial and property law, in 2013. She is adept at tailoring commercial agreements for sole traders and small businesses, has supported partnerships in land subdivision, and has litigated estates and statutory wills. Her focus also extends to asset protection for families, and she has actively engaged in civil and family law matters. With a solid grounding in public practice at the Director of Public Prosecutions, Sheryll has made appearances in the Supreme Court, District and Magistrates Court across Brisbane, including Beenleigh, Holland Park, Ipswich, and Wynnum. Her experience also includes the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court, along with non-court forums like the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Sheryll is recognised as a professional and confident advocate, committed to delivering effective legal solutions for her clients.
