About Troy
Troy Peisley is a distinguished lawyer and chartered accountant, specialising in dispute resolution. With a career spanning several decades, he has held roles as a forensic accountant, mediator, expert determiner, and arbitrator. Troy commenced his journey as an accountant in 1988, transitioning to law in 1996 with a focus on commercial litigation. By 2000, he embraced forensic accounting, further honing his skills in dispute resolution as a mediator from 2001, an expert determiner from 2004, and as an arbitrator since 2009. His extensive education includes a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney, a Diploma of Law from the NSW Barrister and Solicitors Admission Board, and a Master of Laws from the University of NSW. He has further specialised with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Chartered Accounting, and a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Studies from Monash University.
